Total Galveston Deck and Fence was started in 2017 by a team that grew up around Galveston Island and knew firsthand how hard the Gulf Coast environment is on outdoor structures. After watching neighbors deal with rusted hardware, rotting decks, and contractors who used standard inland materials on coastal jobs, the decision was made to build a company that did things the right way from the start.
Working out of Galveston means understanding barrier island conditions - salt air, high humidity, flood zone requirements, and a housing stock that ranges from 100-year-old Victorian homes in the East End to post-Hurricane Ike elevated builds on the West End. The team here has worked on all of it.
Today the company serves 12 communities across Galveston County and the surrounding area, handling everything from custom deck design and composite installations to fencing, pergolas, and screened porches. Every job is approached the same way: the right materials, a proper permit, and work that holds up to what the Gulf Coast throws at it.
